30 years ago I trained as a hypnotherapist, after undergoing my own treatment after dealing with various challenging situations. I used hypnosis/meditation to change the way I responded to difficult situations, because as a child I never learnt good coping mechanisms. Meditation allowed me to gain perspective, inner calm, and insight and helped me to handle anger management issues effectively.

 

As an adult, I have found meditation to be incredibly healing and transformative. Personally, sitting in complete silence has never been easy for me, so I have always preferred guided meditations that lead me where I want to go.

 

I've listened to a lot of other guided meditations, many of which I have enjoyed, but I felt many just missed what I was seeking and all the features I wanted incorporated, so I have now produced my own series of guided meditations that I'd now like to share with you.

 

All meditations incorporate binaural beats, heartbeat therapy and smileology to truly get the most out of the process. Binaural beats amplifies the meditation process transporting you more swiftly into the required brainwave state: Gamma for heightened consciousness and problem solving: beta for active concentration: alpha for relaxation: theta for deep meditation and dreams and delta for deep dreamless sleep, and for transcendental meditations.

 

heartbeat therapy helps to calm and slow your heartrate down and smileology, is just a fun description for the power of smiling during meditation, which helps increase dopomine, which helps create more neutrons in the brain, which increases well being and critical thinking ability.
